Multiphysics System Design & Co-Simulation: Interoperability in Methodology between Automotive and Aeronautics Industry
Werner ROM, Anton FUCHS, Daniel WATZENIG, Josef ZEHETNER

The use of methodologies across different industrial domains requiring multiphysics design is getting more and more important, especially in the area of virtual and semi-numerical system design. The current presentation will focus on the co-simulation of dynamic systems including real-time applications, its main challenges and appropriate solutions. Concrete application examples from both the Automotive and the Aeronautics industry underpin the benefits of “cross-domain” interoperability in methodology.
